Lost Motivation???

Earlier this year, Kerri motivated me to start my own blood sugar log in order to hold myself accountable for the things I put in my mouth...look how far I got...

Don't judge me on the amount of cheetos I eat :)

I'm just kidding! Great job in logging everything! Have you found it helpful?

I usually find it helpful, but am only able to keep it up for short periods of time. I wish I could stick with it.

Wow that is a junk load of cheetos. I really need to do the same with the blood sugar log, because without it I am basically wasting my time and my doctors.

You know, Karen, you are lucky if you are so positive about being diabetic and are able to manage it well. I have had type 1 for 6 years now and I still can't get over it. I've developed an eating disorder and I am generally depressed... Denying diabetes being a disease is not always the best motivation strategy...
